Their installation crew was friendly and remarkably efficient; they demolished the old system and hauled away all of the old materials before I even realized it was gone. He came to give me a quote for an encapsulation and raising my floor, but after speaking with him about my plans to sell and he went in my crawlspace and found that I had a fungus that needed to be removed and some joists that needed repairs. So instead of encapulating it he suggested removing the fungus, securing the joist and putting a vapor barrier. That saved me tons of money and peace of mind knowing my home will pass an inspection.
