Our Scope of Work

We specialize in crawlspace moisture management and related services, including crawlspace encapsulation, vapor barriers, insulation removal, debris removal, and other non-structural crawlspace services.

Services We Do Not Provide

To ensure compliance with applicable laws and licensing requirements, Crawl Logic Gulf Coast does not perform or advertise the following services:

* Foundation repair or foundation stabilization

* Structural or load-bearing foundation work

* Mold remediation or mold abatement

* Plumbing installation or repair

* Electrical installation or repair

* HVAC installation or repair

* Pest control or wood-destroying organism (WDO) treatments

* Any other work requiring a professional license that is outside our authorized scope of services

If, during an assessment, we determine that a project requires services outside our scope, we will inform you of our findings.

Licensed Trade Referrals

When specialized or licensed work is needed, we are happy to provide a list of reputable local licensed contractors. The selection, hiring, and contracting of those professionals is entirely at the customer’s discretion. Crawl Logic Gulf Coast does not supervise, direct, warrant, or assume responsibility for the work performed by independent third-party contractors.
