"This has been the best home improvement/maintenance experience I’ve ever had. Josh was very prompt with his inspection, very knowledgeable and fair with his quote. He handled major drainage issues, standing water under the house, wood rot, mold growth and a host of other crawlspace problems along with drainage problems around the driveway and yard. He and his team ripped out old rotted insulation, installed new poly product and fully encapsulated the entire space. They dug trenches and installed French drains to assist as well. They installed a sump pump to fix the pooling water, dehumidifiers to eliminate mold growth and installed a door to the space itself. We experienced a great amount of rain during the project and immediately after. He made multiple trips back to us to check on his work and even provided additional interventions to further protect us. We had other companies give us quotes for this work. Josh was by far the best price but also clearly had a stronger knowledge base for this type of work than the other guys. He came to give me a quote for an encapsulation and raising my floor, but after speaking with him about my plans to sell and he went in my crawlspace and found that I had a fungus that needed to be removed and some joists that needed repairs. So instead of encapulating it he suggested removing the fungus, securing the joist and putting a vapor barrier. That saved me tons of money and peace of mind knowing my home will pass an inspection.
