I highly recommend Joshua and CrawlLogic to anyone looking for trustworthy and knowledgeable assistance"

"Crawl logic did an excellent job on the encapsulation for our house."

"This has been the best home improvement/maintenance experience I’ve ever had. Josh was very prompt with his inspection, very knowledgeable and fair with his quote. He answered the phone immediately every time I texted/called and answered every one of my questions. He handled major drainage issues, standing water under the house, wood rot, mold growth and a host of other crawlspace problems along with drainage problems around the driveway and yard. He and his team ripped out old rotted insulation, installed new poly product and fully encapsulated the entire space. They dug trenches and installed French drains to assist as well. They installed a sump pump to fix the pooling water, dehumidifiers to eliminate mold growth and installed a door to the space itself. We experienced a great amount of rain during the project and immediately after. He made multiple trips back to us to check on his work and even provided additional interventions to further protect us. We had other companies give us quotes for this work. Josh was by far the best price but also clearly had a stronger knowledge base for this type of work than the other guys. If you are looking for a crawlspace encapsulation company, look no further and hire crawl logic gulf coast. This is the one. You won’t regret it."

"I highly recommend Crawl Logic Gulf Coast. I needed the crawlspace of my home encapsulated. Josh and his crew did an excellent job. They explained things well and were punctual. Their work was exceptional and they cleaned up any debris before they left for the day. It took 3 days for the process and it was very well spent. I no longer have a humidity imbalance which eliminated musky odors and the dampness in my home."

"Josh and his entire team were an absolute joy to work with. Very professional and they showed up on time each day. The project was completed in the time promised and it looks amazing. Those guys worked hard. We would definitely recommend the entire team. We even enjoyed their playlist while they worked. If you are looking to have you home encapsulated, they are a 10/10!"

"We recently had Crawl Logic replace the encapsulation in the crawl space of our 1938 home, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Our original encapsulation was installed about six years ago by another company, and unfortunately it was done so poorly that it created additional problems for our house. The staff at Crawl Logic were conscientious and highly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain what our home actually needed and making certain the new encapsulation was installed correctly. Their installation crew was friendly and remarkably efficient; they demolished the old system and hauled away all of the old materials before I even realized it was gone. The finished work is impeccable, and we can already see a significant difference in both the temperature and the humidity levels in our crawl space. I would highly recommend Crawl Logic to anyone looking for this type of work."

"Rockstars! There is a reason why Josh and his team are booked out a couple months. They are rockstars! They show up the day they promised, work all day, and do a phenomenal job. This is a no brainer. Save yourself the headache of crawlspace issues and leave it to the pros."

"Having Josh and his team with Crawl Logic Gulf Coast to do our crawl space project was a great experience. After reaching out to them initially we received a prompt response with an appointment scheduled. Within a couple days Josh came, looked at our situation, provided pricing with a good explanation of the service they would provide. Our project was scheduled that day and within two weeks the job was completed in only 2.5 days. The job was performed and completed with the end results being those he assured us of in the proposal. We are very satisfied with the job provided by Crawl Logic Gulf Coast."

"Five star service throughout the whole process. Once scheduled, they communicated with us the whole time. They kept us up-to-date and arrived on time. Once they arrived, they got right to it. they were professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything they found in our crawlspace. We received a quote that was fair and reasonable, And would highly recommend them to everyone."

"Josh is amazing! He came to give me a quote for an encapsulation and raising my floor, but after speaking with him about my plans to sell and he went in my crawlspace and found that I had a fungus that needed to be removed and some joists that needed repairs. So instead of encapulating it he suggested removing the fungus, securing the joist and putting a vapor barrier. That saved me tons of money and peace of mind knowing my home will pass an inspection. The work he did was amazing but his honesty is priceless! Thank you Josh!"
